2. What is "My Account"?
"My Account" contains your personal information. Please ensure that all information listed in your profile is accurate and updated to avoid inconvenience.
3. What is "Beneficiary"?
"Beneficiary" are records of all local recipients you have registered or saved. You also have the option to add and delete recipients for easy reference. No need to type your recipient's information from time to time. Once saved, just select the Profile Name and search for the name you registered.
4. What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, just click "Forgot Password" link found below the log in option. System will prompt you to enter your registered username and email address to where we will send your new password.
Once you have successfully logged in using your new password, we strongly recommend that you change your password right away.
5. How can I change/update my account information?
Updating your account information is easy! Simply go to “My Account” and click on the edit icon in the upper right corner of each information box. You can change or update your profile as you wish. Kindly make sure all information you will provide is accurate and consistent with your credit/debit card or your bank account.
6. Do I have a purchase limit per week/per month?
Yes, all members have different purchase limit
depending on credit history and date of registration. New members have lower
purchase limit, while old and frequent buyers have larger purchase limit.

To keep track of all your recent orders, you can find your order history on the left pane of the “My Account” page. View status of your orders by clicking "Transaction History".
Ordering & Fulfilment
1. How do I order a product online?
You have an option to order different products by adding everything to your personal shopping cart just like in a grocery store. To add orders to your shopping cart, you may select the category of the product you wish to purchase located on the left portion of the screen. Under the product icon, you will see a "add to cart" button, click then proceed by filling-up the order form. After you have agreed and accepted our Terms and Conditions, order will then be added to your cart. To view the list of products you added, just click the "Shopping Cart" button found on the upper right part of your screen.
2. How can I search the product I want?
Currently, all products are searched per catalogue. For example, if you wish to pay the bills of your loved ones in the Philippines, you can select the "Bills Payment" catalogue and choose from our list of accredited utilities.
3. How do I know that you have received my order?
For every successful transaction, you will receive an email confirmation from Smart World 24/7 confirming the product you have ordered.

5. When will you start processing my order?
Upon confirmation of payment, SMART World 24/7 automatically processes your order. For first time buyers, there will be a slight delay in the delivery of your order. It undergoes several procedures of verification to ensure that the true account holder is the one buying the merchandise. Verification process usually takes about 24 hours at the most. During this process, Fraud Management Department may contact you to request additional information to facilitate verification of your identity.
6. How will I or my local recipient receive the items I purchased? How long?
For Calling Pins or Other Prepaid Pins
You or your recipient will automatically receive the PIN on your email or your recipients email upon payment.
For Smart Mobile Load or Other Mobile load
The mobile load you purchased will be sent to the mobile number you have specified in less than 5 minutes. They will receive an SMS message confirming successful load attempt. You will also receive an email confirmation from Smart World 24/7 confirming the status of your order.
In some cases, when our automatic reloading system is due for maintenance check, please expect the mobile credit and the order status email to be sent within 30 mins. You can also follow-up your order anytime by emailing email@example.com.
For Gift Certificates
Once we have validated your order, delivery takes:
a.) 1-3 days for Metro Manila & Key Cities nationwide
b.) 3-5 days (depending on the area) for provincial areas nationwide
NOTE: Validation of order and Delivery are scheduled Mondays-Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in the Philippines.
Normally, all orders placed are delivered the next day. Same day delivery will only apply for Metro Manila areas and if the order is placed before 9AM (Philippine Time).
7. How much is the shipping/delivery costs?
Handling and delivery cost depends on the product you purchased. Delivery prices will be displayed in the Order Summary page for all applicable products.
8. Can I send a product anywhere in the Philippines? How about abroad?
SMART World 24/7 currently delivers anywhere in the Philippines. We are now exploring the possibility of worldwide delivery, so watch out for this! You can check in the product details if the item you chose is available for delivery in your current locations.

Once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase, you can choose from the available payment facilities: Paypal and Pay with Load (Payment using Smart Prepaid Load).

All credit and debit cards that are accepted by our payment facilities can be used to purchase a product or service at SMART World 24/7.
As an example, if you have a PayPal account, you can enrol or register your Visa debit card. Once you have authorized the fund transfer to be made, you can now purchase SMART World 24/7 products and services.
3. How do I pay? What currency?
We currently only accept payments in USD. All products listed in the website are priced in USD. But in selected countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Japan, we display the local currency equivalent. If you are using a Philippine issued credit card or a credit card using a different currency, prices will be converted to whatever currency you are using. You don't need to worry because the exchange rate in effect will be that of your credit/debit card bank issuer, not of SMART World 24/7.
4. Is it really safe to pay via credit cards at SMART World 24/7?
SMART World 24/7 uses Premium 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption following the best practices for e-commerce and financial institutions. To know if your transaction is secure locate the padlock icon on the lower portion of the status bar.
5. When do I get charged regarding the product I purchased?
Your credit card is charged from the moment you have confirmed payment to be made with your preferred payment facility. Please remember that only you can confirm when payment will be made.
6. Are there any extra charges that will apply?
No extra charges will apply on your orders.
Refund, Cancellation or Exchange Policy
1. Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation of orders can be accepted once the credit card has been charged, and payment notification has been received from our payment facilities and providers.
2. Can I ask for a refund?
All sales are final. NO REFUND is allowed unless SMART World 24/7 cannot deliver the product purchased.
3. What are the policies regarding merchandise change?
Unfortunately, merchandise change is not allowed. Once customer credit card has been charged, and payment notification has been received by our payment facility, no more changing of merchandise.
4. What is the liability coverage for the products I purchased?
SMART World Store makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the information, condition(s) or fitness of the products or services offered for any particular use or purpose. As permitted by law, the liability of SMART World 24/7 in connection with your purchase or use of any product shall be limited to an amount equal to the cost of the product.
