1. Does BeamAndGo’s grocery gift certificate code expires? No, BeamAndgo GC codes do not expire in accordance with the law.

2. At what section of the supermarket should the customer go to, to redeem the GC? It depends on the supermarket. Some supermarkets require customer to go the Foreign Exchange or Customer Service section. For Super 8, customers can just shop first and present the codes to the cashier. The SMS contain the instructions on where to redeem the GC.

3. What are the requirements to redeem the GC? Just present the gift certificate codes received via SMS along with avalid ID.

4. What happens if the customer deletes the SMS? Contact customerservice@beamandgo.com, saleschannels@beamandgo.com or call BeamAndGo’s customer hotline at +63949-839-3322 or +6995-321-7377. You can also notify BeamAndGo’s customer service team in the Viber group created for specifically for PLDT. 

5. What if the mobile number of the beneficiary is incorrect. Can it be changed? Yes. Just contact the Customer service team.

6. Can the SMS be forwarded to a different number? No. Our merchant is very strict and will only allow SMS that comes from BeamAndGo.

7. What if the sender decides to change the name of the beneficiary? Is this possible? Yes, just contact our Customer Service Team.

8. What happens if the gift certificate wasn’t fully consumed? No change will be given, that’s why it’s important to fully consume the amount of the GC bought per denomination. If there is an excess, customers should pay it in cash.

9. Is there a restriction in what items to buy? BeamAndGo discourages the purchase of cigarettes and alcoholic beverages. Most of our supermarket partners do not allow customers of BeamAndGo to purchase the said items.

10. Can the GC be used in other branches of the selected supermarket? There are supermarket GCs that can be redeemed in all branches like Gaisano Capital, Super 8, Prince Hypermarket, and GMall. However, there are supermarkets that are branch-specific. Customer can only redeem at the selected branch.
